2.Promotional Period

Entries for the competition:

1. 1. 1. commence at6:00am (AEST)onSaturday, 10th May 2025;and
      2. close at11.59pm (AEST)onFriday, 16th May 2025

   (Promotional Period).

3.Eligibility

To be eligible for the competition, entrants must

1. 1. be an individual over the age of 18 years;
   2. be an Australian Resident;
   3. accept these terms and conditions; and
   4. not be employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, participating retailers or associated agencies.

4.Entering the competition

To enter the competition, entrants must:

1. 1. 1. satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 3 (Eligibility);
      2. make a purchase (or multiple purchases) online (at https://www.abiinteriors.com.au/ or https://www.abiinteriors.com.au/) or in-store at one of ABI’s locations in Australia during the Promotional Period (Eligible Order/s);
      3. complete the competition form available here www.abiinteriors.com.au/may-sale-competition;
      4. follow @abiinteriors on Instagram, for an entry to be valid, the entrant must still be following the account at the end of the competition period.

5.The Prize

1. 1. The Prize will consist of 2 winners;
   2. Each winner will receive a refund of their Eligible Orders up to the total value of $3,000 AUD.
   3. The total prize value for this promotion is $6,000 AUD.

6.Prize Conditions

1. 1. 1. One entry is considered per person.
      2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
      3. ABI’s Change of Mind Policy does not apply to products in a purchase order that are the subject of the Prize; ABI may elect to exchange such a product for change of mind at ABI’s absolute discretion.
      4. The Prize will be automatically awarded to the winner/s by way of a full refund of the Eligible Order/s to the payment method associated with the relevant order/s; where the winner has paid with cash, ABI will transfer the amount to a nominated bank account of the winner/s.
      5. Where the winner has made multiple Eligible Order/s during the Promotional Period, the Prize will be applied to the cumulative value of all such orders (up to the maximum Prize value for each individual winner of $3,000 AUD).
      6. The Prize is not transferable, cannot be shared with other purchasers or applied to orders made outside the Promotional Period (including future orders), or orders that are otherwise ineligible and may not be redeemed for cash (except where the entrant’s original payment method was cash).
      7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
      8. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
      9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries may be deemed invalid.

7.Prize Draw

• 7.1 Prize Draw

1. 1. The winners will be drawn at random at 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland, at 10:00 am (AEST) on Tuesday, 20^th May 2025.
   2. The announcement of the winners shall take place at 10:00 am (AEST) on Wednesday, 21^st May 2025, at 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland (Announcement Date).
   3. The winning entries will be drawn by chance from all eligible entries received and each winner will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the ‘Judge’).

• 7.2 Draws generally

1. 1. The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.
   2. Winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the relevant draw (including any redraw made in accordance with clause 7.2(d) through the contact details submitted as part of their entries.
   3. The winner’s last name, first initial, and postcode will be published at www.abiinteriors.com.au/may-sale-competition from 10:30 am (AEST) on the Announcement Date and will remain online for at least 4 weeks.
   4. If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, by 10:00 am (AEST) 14 business days after the Announcement Date, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn in the same manner as the original prize draw at 10:30 am on 10 June 2025 at 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland.
   5. The redrawn winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published at www.abiinteriors.com.au/may-sale-competition from 10:30 am (AEST) on the date of the redraw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.

8.Promoter’s liability

1. 1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.
   2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
   3. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to display the entries on www.abiinteriors.com.au/may-sale-competition and in any promotional material relating to the competition.
   4. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from an offender under clause 6 (prize conditions) are reserved.
   5. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
   6. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

9.Privacy

1. 1. The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and by entering into the competition, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.abiinteriors.com.au/privacy-policy/.
   2. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter upon request to the Promoter.
