   3. The winning entries will be drawn by chance from all eligible entries received and each winner will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the ‘Judge’).

1. 1. The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.
   2. Winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the relevant draw (including any redraw made in accordance with clause 7.2(d) through the contact details submitted as part of their entries.

If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, by 10:00 am (AEST) 14 business days after the Announcement Date, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn in the same manner as the original prize draw at 10:30 am on 10 June 2025 at 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland.
   5. The redrawn winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published at www.abiinteriors.com.au/may-sale-competition from 10:30 am (AEST) on the date of the redraw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.

8.Promoter’s liability

1. 1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.
