At ABI, we use the highest quality materials and colouring processes to ensure a durable and timeless finish that you will love for years to come. Like many other materials, the colour may appear differently from product to product due to lighting within the installation location and reflection on products with different surfaces (flat and curved).
While we do our best to ensure consistency between batches and use strict colour toning and matching quality procedures to lessen variations, we acknowledge that there may be minor variations between batches. We encourage you to check over your items once received to ensure that you are satisfied with the finish. Should you receive anything of concern, our team is here to help!

I need help ordering colour samples
The best way to get colour samples as quickly as possible is to order them through the online shop. If they are out of stock we can arrange for one of our staff members to contact you asap to either send you a sample product or advise a lead time on new samples to arrive.
If I order colour samples today when will they arrive?
Generally, allow up to 2 business days from the day that you have placed an order online. They are sent by overnight express and we require up to 1 business day to process the order.

Excellent quality, great range of products and I love that each product is available in all the colours, which I have struggled to find in other stores (which are usually limited to 2 maybe 3 colours). Will definitely buy all my taps through ABI once my build is ready!

I had spent over $5K at Abi buying everything for my new house build. Months down the track I realised I needed a colour sample. I added it to cart online and the postage was going to be perhaps $12 or $13 dollars. Anyway I wrote them a message asking if they could just pop it in a letter for me for $2 postage. They sent it out for free as a goodwill gesture. Could not recommend their products more highly and I can confidently say they nail customer service.
