Might be ok on soft tiles or stone but too much movement in the saw to get a precision cut on a porcelain tile unfortunately ended up being a waste of money

The tools cut good however the smaller hole saw that is used to cut the tile for the round grate insert is the wrong size. It leaves approx. 5mm gap for grout/silicone from stainless steel grate to tile. The larger hole saw has the perfect gap distance from the floor tile to the stainless grate of approx. 2mm
