Trade Account FAQs
Can I receive samples of your product?
All of our trade account holders are entitled to one free colour sample pack. After this, any additional colour sample packs will be charged at the full price. Our Signature Finish Sample Pack includes a variety of sample discs from our solid brass and stainless steel ranges in our seven main finishes.
Does ABI keep a statement of my account?
Yes. All quotes, invoices, and completed orders are securely stored in your digital file, ensuring your records remain accurate and up to date. You can also access these directly through your Trade account.
How can I access my Trade discount?
Once you have completed the application form and your account is approved, you will be contacted with the relevant discount information.
How do I sign up for a trade account?
Simply complete the short form on our website, and one of our trade team members will contact you shortly. We endeavour to respond to all accounts within 48 hours.
I am a sole trader/owner/builder, do I qualify for a trade account?
As a sole trader, you must provide proof of work confirming that you belong to one of our relevant trade categories. If you are an owner-builder, please include your builder's licence number with your application.
What trades qualify for a trade account?
Our trade account is available for professionals in relevant industries, including architects, designers, cabinet makers, builders, plumbers, tilers, carpenters, and electricians.
