MAMAS Dining Group is a hospitality collective that brings together a range of distinctive venues, each offering its own take on modern dining. Known for vibrant flavours and engaging guest experiences, the group operates well-loved spots such as Hochi Mama, Kiss & Tell, Suzie Q, Windsor Wine Room, and Straight Outta Saigon. Every venue is purposefully designed to express a unique identity, combining creative menus with inviting spaces and attentive service.
Located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, Disuko is the group’s latest venture: a vinyl-led Japanese rooftop bar and restaurant inspired by the electric energy of 1980s Tokyo. Restaurateur and MAMAS Dining Group Founder Thai Ho incorporated brushed copper fixtures from ABI Interiors’ Aliro Accessible Collection, pairing them with Miyako Handmade Square Mosaic Tiles in Rustic Red. ABI’s Elysian Basin Mixer and Silo Wall-Hung Basin were also selected in the same finish, reinforcing a cohesive material language throughout the space.
From the izakaya lounge to the half-moon omakase bar and sun-soaked terracotta rooftop, Disuko’s richly layered interiors capture the vibrancy of Tokyo’s nightlife while delivering a distinctive dining experience in Melbourne.
