The Merano Natural Clay Terracotta wall tiles feature a handmade clay construction, a rectified edge, and a natural, unglazed finish.
Crafted through a traditional hand-operated moulding technique, the clay tiles are meticulously shaped and prepared for hand-glazing. This careful process ensures each tile has a unique finish.
Please Note:
– Handmade Terracotta Tiles are designed to have an organic appearance, meaning there are subtle variations in the shade, thickness, and texture of each tile.
– These tiles are not sealed. We recommend sealing when using in wet areas.
– These tiles are not suitable for floor use.
– To ensure their integrity, please inspect tiles for any defects before installation

What is terracotta?
Terracotta tiles are crafted from red and brown iron-rich, clay-based materials and are fired to achieve deep, earthy tones. Terracotta is a rustic, highly durable option that will stand the test of time.
How do I clean and maintain my terracotta tiles?
We recommend regular cleaning with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner, using a mop with a soft head and a soft-bristled brush. Please refer to our care guide for more comprehensive cleaning recommendations.
Where can the terracotta tiles be installed?
Our terracotta tiles are designed for wall application only. They can be installed on wall surfaces such as kitchen splashbacks, bathroom walls, shower walls, and more.
Are tiles included in the complimentary shipping offer for orders over $1000?
No, tiles are not included in the complimentary shipping offer. Shipping costs are calculated based on the postcode you enter at checkout and vary depending on your location. You can find a summary of shipping costs by metro, non-metro and regional locations via our help centre.

Do these tiles require sealing?
These tiles are unglazed, therefore, we recommend sealing using a high-quality sealant like Aqua Mix Sealer’s Choice Gold Penetrating Sealer.
