The Modi Adjustable Heated Towel Rail is a wall-mounted unit featuring a 12V heated vertical mounting rail and an adjustable top fixing. This design allows for maximum customisation and flexibility, with the added benefit of warm towels — perfect for cooler climates.
As with the Modi Adjustable range, this heated towel rail can be adjusted to attain the perfect length for your space. Its simple and sleek design makes it an excellent choice for both retrofit and new installations.
Crafted using our exclusive 3-step process that integrates ceramic and vibrational technology with the superior durability of advanced PVD, this finish features artisanal texture that exudes organic elegance. Its luxurious, hand-crafted feel sets it apart from more conventional brushed finishes, making it a striking statement piece that enhances both modern and traditional interiors.

– Due to the organic and handcrafted nature of our antique finish, subtle variations in colour, tone, and texture may occur, adding to the unique character of each piece.
– This product must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 and current local and national building regulations.
– This heated towel ladder is electric and requires a transformer to function. The transformer is not included and must be sourced separately.
– We recommend consulting your licensed electrician regarding transformer requirements.
– This heated towel rail operates on 12 V AC and draws 20W. It must be connected via a safety isolating transformer (SELV) compliant with (AS/NZS 61558). Ensure the transformer provides a constant 12 V AC output.
– If you are installing more than one heated towel rail, please consult your electrician as transformer requirements will differ.
