Do I need to purchase a diverter?
Our Finley Shower Set comes with a built-in diverter, therefore you don't need to purchase this component. However, you do need to purchase a mixer separately as this is not included with the shower set
Is the 3-Function Hand Shower compatible with our Shower Rail Sets?
The 3-Function Hand Shower is compatible with our shower rail sets and can be purchased separately. Please note, however, that modifying or installing components outside the original set may impact the WELS rating and WaterMark certification. If you're considering this, we recommend speaking with a licensed plumber.
Does this need to be installed at a particular height?
Yes. This product must be installed at the correct height to work properly. Please refer to the product specifications and consult a licensed professional before installation. ABI Interiors accepts no responsibility for incorrect installation.
Can the water inlet be at the top or the bottom?
Yes, you can have the water inlet either at the top or the bottom.

Finally found the shower head we needed. Suits my small ass and my partners very tall stature and his need for a rain shower! Doubled our shower pressure and now I'm able to actually wet and wash my extremely thick and long hair! So happy with our purchase. Partner said it was super easy to install :)

We purchased this awhile ago when we did our bathroom renos. After a few months, it started dripping at the rail water diverter. So I got sent a replacement part. Our plumber went to change it and its completely different. This happened to both our Finley shower sets. I'm not sure if there was a change in design since I bought it? We also have issues with other Abi products.
