Love it but wish there was a 400-450mm for a hand towel that fits in a smaller space. There are some 300mm rails but not wide enough.

Very happy

We are very pleased with our beautiful floor waste to match our brushed copper taps. Purchased over the internet website, product matches online purchased info, great customer service. Thank you ABI

works great and looks great , matching all of the bathroom tap finishes

Customer service is always great products are always great too.

Beautiful Product

I would have preferred Satin black in colour however very happy with quality but a little pricey.

After using many different hinges over the years in the building industry, I can confidently say that ABI's copper hinges are simply outstanding. The quality, design and attention to detail are exceptional. They're not just a functional piece of hardware; they're a piece of art in their own right. It's refreshing to see a product where craftsmanship and aesthetics come together so beautifully. Well done, ABI! You've created what I consider to be the perfect hinge.

All aspects of my purchase was very satisfactory, service and product. Thank you.

Not connected as yet. I believe it will be great as I have Kingsley bathroom fittings which I love.

Good Service and send correct parts

Loving it. Looks great and it is easy to use

Arrived in good time, finish as small samples I ordered. Not installed yet.

Arrived in good time, beautiful sink and lovely color and finish, not installed yet.

Arrived, just as described, in very good time. Thank you. Haven't installed yet, looking forward to that moment.

Looks great

I highly recommend ABI interiors. The customer service is excellent! The quality of the products, and product range is excellent. I have fitted out my whole house with brushed brass fittings and they are beautiful.

My towel rail has not been installed .

My bathroom looks amazing thank you all at ABI.

As with all ABI Interiors’ products the Kenzo Magnetic Knife Rack is superb quality and the Gunmetal Finish is simply stunning. The rack is slimline and discreet with incredibly powerful internal magnets. ABI Interiors are such a great company to deal with. Their excellent return policy makes buying from them truly risk free. If you are unsure which finish is the best match for your interiors you can order different colour options so that you can see which one works best in your home. Once your decision is made you can either exchange or return the unwanted items. The returns process is quick, easy and completely hassle-free. ABI Interiors is my first option whenever I am looking for high quality products for my home. Their customer service is exceptional - nothing is beyond their capabilities. I highly recommend ABI Interiors - trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Such great service from the team in the showroom - very passionate about their offering and had so much care for us as customers.

Does what it is meant to do!!

Better than expected

Beautiful products and customer service is outstanding. Very highly recommended

Well received. Delivered on time.

Just what I was looking for! Sturdy and well built. Very happy.

Hoses arrived and were exactly as advertised. This colour has become very expensive, unfortunately, but ABI was able to supply and at a competitive price. Thank you. I’m grateful that I was able get a good quality hose to match our existing bathroom.

Excellent product! Excellent service! Some of the items were wrong, no issues. Items changed out and delivered the next day. Very happy.

An excellent robe hook Quick delivery

We don’t use the white top section as I don’t like the water pooling in the dish but the little attachments you can buy for a shaver and face-washer are great!

Works well fitted just right. Love the colour and quality.

Lead time has been pushed back 1-2 months.

Good customer service. The lady i spoke to on the phone was really helpful and nice

Looks beautiful in our new kitchen. Just be aware of pulling out the hose in the spout as mine wouldn’t recoil. We had it fix by our plumber, I’m a little nervous to pull it out to much. Other than that very happy.

As described.

Great product, easy to install, beautiful colour and finish

Shipped on time, as advertised and an excellent quality and good price. I would recommend and use certainly use ABI again.

So far it works quite well and looks nice. Very good ABI customer service.

Good value for money

Excellent service and quality

Outstanding quality

Best purchase I made tbh. I have two little girls, I can move the tap to the side to avoid that trauma we all have as kids hitting our coxic on the tap and redirect hot water when they are in the tub. Matched with my yabby pieces and to be honest as close enough to other brushed gold accessories that I had no issue combining pieces l, best tapwear splurge and had it been in my budget I would have sourced all pieces from here. Customer service was excellent. They offered to send samples to help me match existing pieces. Again had budget allowed this would’ve been a one stop shop

Staff was most helpful

Very poor as it took 3 months to get it and has cost me $800 to get the canine make back to finish the job as you couldn’t get stock, won’t order from you again

Great service

It's a lovely rain shower, however some of the young adults in the family would prefer it to be harder pressure......and yes we have removed the water saver thing ;-)

This shower is absolutely insane and makes my bathroom look like a hotel. Obsessed

Great product highly recommend

Brilliant product finished our build off after using copper throughout our new extension

Great quality and beautiful product

Customer service and communication was great. The tiles look amazing. I highly recommend ABI and tell my reno students to jump onboard with ABI too.

Great products. They always arrive on time and the website is easy to navigate. I always have success when I need to talk to a staff member too. Very happy with everything

Really happy with our purchases!

We have done an extensive renovation and I have used ABI products in our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Taps, sinks, sink wastes, towel rails, floor wastes, shower assemblies, toilet roll holders. I cannot recommend them all highly enough. Beautiful styling, quality products, excellent price point. Due to a small change in design, I had to return a couple of products and this was an easy process, facilitated by very helpful staff. I would highly recommend ABI!

Worked out well

Great product to help clients visualise their material and colour selections. Plus, it comes with a cute little carry pouch!

Helpful, great range and easy to work with.

Very high quality product. Good delivery

Came quick and was easy to fit. Great product

Excellent quality

Worked perfectly for the slightly non standard spacing that I was stuck with and ended up fitting really well within the bathroom

Fantastic

Well-made beautiful holder

A quality tap matched with superior boxing. One function I’d like would have been a spray function on the pull-out.

We love ABI. We got a few things from them during our reno and the quality is excellent, but what will make me keep coming back is their customer service. Second to none. Thank you!

Beautiful, quality product

Great product, reasonably priced, easy to install and quick delivery.

Good looking, but second hose in a row deranged with regular use. First one started leaking from internal tube, new one ordered. It arrived with dent on the outer envelope, too minor to replace. In couple of months the outer envelope breaked.

Very good product and quick delivery

Very happy with purchase.

Everyone in the process has been very helpful and nothing is too much to ask. The ladies in the show room have amazing knowledge of colour combinations and designs and are very patient in the decision process.

I am obsessed with every item that has arrived and I can’t wait for our bathroom renovation to be completed to see them set up

The design is so much better than the previous one with wider arch. No more water going on bench top 👍

The team is friendly and supportive and like the product design. The product quality is nice however could be better.

A little quirky for the plumber, but he got there.

Great quality

Thanks to ABI for taking my ph call and helping me to select the right tapware for an outdoor bath. LOve it.

It looks very dirty and I am worried over time it will mark unlike ceramic. Especially as our family uses sunscreen regularly and it can tend to make Matt surfaces. This could be one to watch.

My client purchased heated towel rails that needed a proprietary connector and they weren’t informed on purchase. That meant wasted time for the electrician on install and added cost to the customer. The electrician had to return another time.

Works well but could be improved if the rubber blade was a little softer, it is very stiff and inflexible making it squeak on the glass, sounds like it is doing damage. Maybe in time and with use it will soften up 🤞 However, it does look good, is a good size and the holder works well on the wall and it matches my Yabby shower rose beautifully.

Good service and you know your parts. Keep getting the right parts.

Such great quality and a sleek style that suits any interior. Plus amazing customer service from an established Australian brand, I recommend ABI to all of my clients.

The Asher Toilet & In wall cistern is my go-to toilet for alot of our projects. We love its simple, clean look, and that we can get toilet clips and flush buttons to match the tapware and accessories too!

Shocking installation and no guide. Would not recommend

Great products and service. Highly Recommend

Awesome product Thanks

All products purchased from ABI interiors look amazing. The assistance in selecting and purchasing process was made very easy by staff.

Pretty basic part, does the job. I can open things now

Great service, great price 👍🏻😀

Love dealing with ABI they were so helpful and their taps and products are super lovely!

Great product, very happy with the brass tap we purchased

Good quality, and i needed a shorter spout. This fit perfectly

Just gorgeous.

Great Products

Great products

Looks great and is good quality. Thanks ABI!

Our handles have just been installed but so far so good! Looking very nice against the cabinetry.

The finger tiles look so amazing around our fire surround. Beautiful natural travertine in such a modern concave finger tile shape. ABI customer service is always second to none. We are on a fifth bathroom reno and second kitchen reno. I don’t buy tap ware or bathroom supplies from anywhere where else.

Excellent product, easy to install, delivery fast. Highly recommend.

Just a few knobs to go on upper cabinets. Still waiting on matching splashback.

Handles look amazing and really compliment the cabinetry. Definite WOW!

Excellent customer service - they helped me organise an express order over the phone, and they also called me to let me know the parcel was waiting at the PO (which I didnt know cause the courier didn't leave a card). Very happy with the quality and look of the locks!

These knobs were the perfect finishing pieces for our bathroom and robe. Quality is excellent, and the proportions are perfect. Highly recommend

Great quality tile that really suited the look we wanted. A nice inbetween size from a larger subway and a smaller one. fast delivery and beautifully packed, this company definitely takes pride in what they do and shows on every level. thank you so much! happy customer

Great service - very quick turnaround

Beautiful quality product. Shipped and delivered well.

Great products and the team at ABI are excellent at customer service!

It looks good and does the job. Very happy with it.

The team at ABI have been excellent in both the showroom in Hawthorn and at headquarters. I would highly recommend ABI Interiors.

I love the way it looks but it scratches really easily and has rusted within a few weeks. Hard to keep clean too.

Loved being able to order a vanity top sample - makes the decision process a whole lot easier!!

I was unaware and am disappointed to learn that the sensor only distributes cold water. Would not have spent the money had I known.

These standoff match the spigots and look modern and luxe . LD

Love them a lot. They look sleek and luxe !!! LD

Gorgeous! The product is as depicted.

Great product and fast delivery Thank you

I like the products and the service is great

Good quality item.

A beautiful, well made, incredibly well functioning piece for a home with period features.

Handles are beautiful and complete our cabinetry Great quality highly recommend

Bought 7 handles for 1 door, they crumbled like chalk sadly, look great but quality is not.

Handles break like you're using chalk, we had to order 7 in total for 1 door - they crumbled like crazy

Love it! Was really hard to find a tap that allowed for filtered and normal tap water and that actually looks good. The Elysian ticks all the boxes and looks good whilst doing it!

This product was a game changer for me. I purchased all new taps but could see a gap in the tiles. Once I put this on and an extension on the water spout all problems solved. Staff were helpful and made sure I measured correctly and they arrived quick and easy through the courier. Very happy

very good service

Delivery was very timeley and the quality was excelent

Just what I'd hoped for. Wearing well and looking smart at a really great price point.

Spent a small fortune on ABI bathroom fittings only to have the shower parts delayed 3 times and still waiting. . . . useless to send to me in parts (and charge me)

Useless without the matching shower parts. . . which has been delayed 3 times and still waiting for delivery

Tiles look fantastic! We used them on all walls of the bathroom and feature wall of powder room. Paired with a mid grey grout to make them pop and am so pleased with the final outcome.

Beautiful humble tile we love them in the kitchen & laundry!!

It does what it’s supposed to and it looks good to.

Absolutely beautiful and great quality

Love it

Absolutely stunning

A great product and reliable service. The clients loved their new handles. Thanks

Tap has been working well and was easy to install to replace the old tap.

Perfect for my space.

Fantastic service Great product 👏

The finish on the tile is quite rough and would be difficult to clean once in use. The colour was also too yellow for us.

Beautiful and quality made. I have the whole whole range in white and matt black. Can't recoment ABI for they styles, quality and service.

Excellent Service

Awesome service and delivery

Nice but the handle could have been longer or an extension option.

love

Thankyou ABI interiors for your prompt and personalised service.

Sam has been amazing to deal with. Love the product.

A great product for sliding doors. Our clients love these.

Great product. Our clients love these rails.

Very happy with product workmanship and look.

Love this product- especially in the gunmetal finish on the black bench. It’s so easy and convenient to roll up and store when it’s not required. It’s just brilliant!

All products are beautifully crafted and functioning well in the space

Thank you for the great service would recommend

This item arrived elegantly packed and on time, it looks well made. I have not installed it yet. And I cannot wait to see it working.

Really nice tap. Colour matches with lots of different tile options.

Love ABI products, great quality, looks beautiful in our new bathroom.

They look great but unfortunately don’t have a expensive feel to them like your tap ware, They’re also not user friendly to install like other brands

Love all my products from ABI

Horrible product Poor quality Flimsy

A beautiful lock in gunmetal colour for our new front door. However, it cannot be deadlocked on the inside and this is not great security.

Our kitchen is still not finished so unfortunately cannot upload photos just yet. Would love to once complete.

We bought brass sink, goose neck tap and handles. I really love the quality and the style of the product and the way everything is packaged is also. Beautiful. Our kitchen is not quite complete but I am confident it will all look stunning and can’t wait to see it complete.

This pull handle in gun-metal is very attractive. Unfortunately, the attractive gun metal door lock that matches lacks a deadlock facility. Therefore, entry into the house is secure but a burglar who entered the house via a different entry, could open the front door easily, and carry out via the door some large household or valuable possessions.

Absolutely amazing service and to get this product at such a great price. Just love it in my laundry

All the bathrooms we do have this set, perfect simplicity

Perfect set

This will be bathroom number 4 that we are outfitting in Abi, loving the antique bronze!

Colour is just as in photos. Shipping was easy and fast. Quality is high. Would order again.

Beautiful tap, great quality. Fast shipping.

I am grateful to ABI Interiors for their suggestions and indeed their superior products of brushed brass fittings which greatly enhanced my bathroom renovation. I highly recommend the ABI team, showroom and services. Neil

Haven’t installed yet, but very happy with quality and look of tap fittings

Great experience with ABI Interiors largely due to the help of Anna in the showroom. She assisted me to work out everything that I would need for the build and made the whole process seamless and stress free from the ordering to the delivery. Thanks Anna !!!

I absolutely love my Addison vanity! The quality is excellent, and it fits perfectly in my home. The delivery process was smooth and hassle-free, making the whole experience even better. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Guys no problems here we went top shelf and got it. What stands out is when there is a problem which can happen you guys were keen to resolve it.

deliver was faster than expected

The lock and latch is good but the half moon handle is too small for the front door. You need to have more options in different sizes.

I was delighted that this was a fix to my sensor tap not fitting against the splashback of my kitchen. The customer services was really helpful. I can now use my tap with the sensor function facing to the side and I actually like it facing this way more.

We used ABI Interiors’ brushed brass fittings throughout our home, including the Modi cabinetry pulls, and we could not be happier with the result. The quality is exceptional and truly unmatched. Every detail feels beautifully considered, and the finishes helped bring our overall vision together exactly as we had hoped. We are also incredibly grateful for the service we received from the entire ABI team. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process, which made such a difference during a large build with so many decisions to make. Thank you to the whole ABI team for helping us achieve the look we had envisioned. We absolutely love the finished result and feel very grateful for both the products and the service we received.

We really like the quality and feel of these sliding door handles, can't wait to get them fitted. Quick delivery from ABI Interiors, we will be using them again.

Nice and elegant.

We are absolutely delighted by our new bathroom fixtures from ABI Interiors. We selected the Antique Bronze range of tap ware, shower and accessories and the colour and finish are amazing. We had fabulous service from Jackie in the Melbourne showroom and great communication from the staff in the warehouse. Will definitely use them again for our kitchen renovation! Highly recommend!!

Great - no more no less. Would definitely use again and recommend

Great service & product

Ideal piece of equipment fitted really well.

Good product

Beautiful piece , my laundry looks sophisticated and quality is impeccable !

Looks good

Great quality and stylish

Lovely product, very happy with my purchase

Purchased these for my wardrobe and storage renovations and we’ve received so many compliments on them the quality is impeccable and I can’t wait to grab more when we renovate our kitchen

We have done a complete house renovation and I have placed multiple orders for bathroom and kitchen items. The staff at ABI have been super friendly and always helpful with all of my queries and a return ( not due to product quality, the product did not fit the space ). The products have exceptional styling and quality. I also managed to buy a lot of my items on a site wide sale so I was rapt. I would highly recommend ABI to anyone who is building or renovating, they are an excellent company with quality products.

very good.

Love it!

Love it! …I didn’t match the taps as it went beautifully with the timber vanity … perfect!

Absolutely love all the ABI products we purchased for our new build!! Amazing quality and looks beautiful. Super quick delivery too!

The build quality on these is top-tier, but the real feature is the immediate personality shift. The second these went on the kitchen doors, I couldn't just open a cupboard normally anymore. I have to extend my pinky finger and look incredibly aristocratic just to grab a coffee mug. Highly recommend if you want your kitchen to feel 400% more upscale than it actually is.

Beautiful, solid and true colour.

Love the look of these chain type shower hoses. Fits perfect

They don’t make that horrible squeaky noise, very smooth and streak free!! Love it ❤️❤️

Stunning

I love everything from ABI, always fabulous

Great service, great tiles

Great product, looks great and very sturdy on the wall.

Beautiful quality

Pull out plug matches all my other ABI products perfectly

Good

Great experience dealing with ABI in general and top quality product. Would recommend.

Overall, happy with the product but recently we order some door handles to match fixtures, and they aren't user friendly to install or have that heavy duty feel your tapware does.

The items I bought have yet to be installed

Every item I order for clients through ABI arrives quickly, the quality is great and I am confident that the extended warranties will work for my projects. In the rare case that there is an issue ABI responds quickly to replace the item. Customer service is brilliant.

Hi I called Queensland office today I asked if I could exchange my mirror they were so helpful suggested I get back to them with my order no and the day I would be returning the mirror to Auburn rd Hawthorn. Advised I will receive a credit then I can make my decision on what shape of mirror I require when my bathroom renovations start which will be within 2 weeks. Regards Christine Mastores

I have been attempting to unsubscribe for some time now, but to no avail. Would you please instigate from your end.

Stunningly gorgeous! This set, even though it's not installed yet, has the look and feel of a really high quality product. Solid feel and well-made. Super impressed.

Really Happy with all products and the tumbled i is perfect. NO fingerprints.

Bought this from their online shop and it is exactly the same as the photos. Looks great in our newly renovated bathroom ☺️

good attitude, very supportive!

Fantastic service and great products 🧡

Great handle. I know they are adjustable but if you have to put together 20 handles with no marker or groove to make them all the same size. It takes a long time to do so.

Gorgeous and Functional. We recently used the Kingsley range in our bathroom and I wanted to carry the same feel into our recent kitchen renovation. The pull out tap has been life changing but I don’t feel like I had to compromise on looks to get it. 10/10

Good product

Good looking product will be added to pantry doors in kitchen upgrade next month

High quality with a beautiful finish and colour. Highly recommended.

Like every ABI product, it is not only functional but incredibly stylish. Great value for discenring clients.

great products at ABI

Great product and service

This mixer looks great and is easy to use. We have purchased plenty of ABI tapware over the last year and ABI have been great to deal with.

I love this tap with the sensor. I was unsure if I would use the sensor function when I purchased it, but since having it, I use it all the time. Furthermore, the location of the sensor at the back didn’t suit my kitchen layout (I only realised once the sink went in) and ABI was extremely helpful with helping me order the part that enabled me to have the sensor at the side. I was so relieved. This was my second time purchasing products from ABI and I have been very happy both times.

I am very happy with my purchases, the process was very easy. Didn’t have any issues with delivery either. Thanks ABI Interiors for great products, looking forward to seeing it all in my new bathroom.

The brushed brass finish looks fantastic and complements our bathroom perfectly. It works well for removing water after showering and feels sturdy and well made.

Easy install, allowed disc style tapwear to be installed in a breech set back too far

Service was very good and all aspects of the transaction were well handled

Amazing and I love it

Very happy with our purchase matches tapware

Beautiful addition to our sink - I really don't like the look of clutter, so this is a perfect option that keeps the kitchen looking tidy and stylish while being functional

Best looking brass in the business

These door hooks look good and are practical

We renovated an old 1970 s beach house, and used white ABI fittings for tapeware. The white shower hose delaminated after taking out of its housing to shower my grandson. The new one is starting to do the same, so I’m very disappointed.

Looks great and easy to install

Your service was outstanding & when I entered your stunning showroom I was very impressed All your team were friendly & most attentive, congratulations on excellent customer service Bruce Klumpp

Great product. Lifts the room.

The product was easy to install and performed as expected.

I haven’t installed yet but the product is quality and worthwhile. The accompanying breach is very useful for plumbing

Great product

Beautiful handles

Everyone that drinks water from this filter set up comment how pure the water tastes.

Very happy with purchase.

Appreciated the knowledgeable customer service and high quality product.

We love this handle. It looks so good paired with the dark slate green of Porter’s Paints ‘Highlands’

Nice finish however difficult to work with, rubber gromets move inside when sliding glass in, fairly large gap between glass and wall, no need for double holes inside the bracket, just more drilling through hard tiles. . .

Great!

Loved the finish. We’ll be purchasing a number of products when our renovations get underway.

Top quality and easy to install.

I love this basin. It’s the perfect size and looks great.

Builder commented that they were great quality hinges. Will definitely get them again if needed.

great design and quality

Lovely item, however can only be used handheld and not raised high to be used as a shower also which would be handy.

These tiles were perfect for what I needed. They sit as a small splash back behind my coffee machine and essentially are the same colour as the wall paint. I didn’t need a lot and the pricing and postage to country Vic made it such an easy purchase!

Gorgeous product, stunning colour. However, not represented in the images is just how imperfect some of the tiles are. Either purchase an additional amount so you have more tiles to choose from or be aware that some of these handmade tiles are quite imperfect. Nevertheless, verry happy.

Easily fits underneath our sink, easy install.

The sink tap is stunning- it completes our kitchen renovation. The products arrived nicely packaged and was shipped promptly.

Excellent quality.

Shipped quickly Well priced

Great customer service

Reasonably priced for fantastic quality, with not a rusted tea stain in sight 6 weeks after installation in a coastal outdoor kitchen area.

I’ve been asked to review this but I still have received the item :o(

Excellent and affordable. Would love to buy more from your store in future. Excellent sales service and efficient. Love your Gold Coast showroom. Very luxurious!

Fabulous product

excellent product

Elegant and solid, very happy with my purchase.

The Elysian mixer feels so premium and looks wonderful. It would be perfect if it had a magnetic clip and a switch to turn it to spray.

On time quality top spec

I have not yet installed this piece but the overall look and feel of it is fabulous. I love the way the items are packaged for transport as we are in a fairly remote area and the items do have a long way to travel to reach us safely.
