1. Promoter

1. This promotion is governed by the Promoter ABI Interiors Pty Ltd (ABN 22 612 741 385) of 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland (Telephone (07) 5520 2775).

2. Promotional Period

Entries for the competition commence at 10:00am (AEST) on 18th May 2024 and close at 3:59pm (AEST) on 18th May 2024 (Promotional Period).

3. Eligibility

1. To be eligible for the competition, entrants must be an individual over the age of 18 years, an Australian Resident and accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating retailers and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

4. Entering the competition

To enter the competition, entrants must:

1. provide their name and email address on the website located here ; and
2. sign up to the Promotor’s direct marketing by clicking the acceptance box above the entry button.

5. The Prize
5.1 Total value

Total prize pool value: $5,000.

5.2  Prize details

The Prize will be awarded to one winner. The winner will be randomly drawn from all entries submitted during the Promotional Period and will receive:

1. $3,000 ABI Interiors Voucher; and [remainder prizes]

6. Prize Conditions

1. Multiple entries for each entrant are not permitted.
2. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
4. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries may be deemed invalid.

7. Prize Draw
7.1 Draw details

1. The Prize winner will be drawn at random at 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland at 4:00PM (AEST) on 18th May 2024.
2. The announcement of the winners shall take place at 4:00PM (AEST) on 18th May 2024 at 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland.
3. The winning entries will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the ‘Judge’) and will be chosen from all entries received.

7.2 Draws generally

1. The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.
2. Details of the winner will be included on www.abiinteriors.com.au from 5:00PM (AEST) on the date of the draw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.
3. Winner will be notified within 7 days of the relevant draw (including any redraw made in accordance with clause 7.2(d) through the contact details submitted as part of their entries.
4. If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, by 10:00AM 14 business days after the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn at 4:00PM on that day at 27-45 City Link Drive, Carrara, Queensland.
5. The prize must be redeemed through email [email protected] by 10:00AM on the date that is 14 Business Days after the date of the draw.
6. Details of the redrawn winners will be included on www.abiinteriors.com.au from 10:00AM (AEST) on the date of the redraw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.

8. Promoter’s liability

1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
3. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to display the entries on www.abiinteriors.com.au and in any promotional material relating to the competition.
4. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from an offender under clause 6(b) (Prize Conditions) are reserved.
5. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

9. Privacy

1. The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering into the promotion the entrant is taken to consent to the below privacy policy:
