Although the vanities look amazing the quality wasn’t that great- the vanity top does not come cut out for sink so had to pay extra for someone to do this for us (other brands do have a cut out) And we had to get a cabinet maker to fix drawers as they still didn’t fit around sink even though they do have a cut out so really should have just invested a cabinet maker to make. Also not a lot of storage space inside

The sink and tap ware are amazing and the mail was very, very quick indeed!

I purchased the stainless basin and matching waste, which was recommended to go together. When the plumber was installing he advised that the parts were not suitable together - the opening for the basin was too thin for the waste to seal correctly. After speaking to customer service they advised that they knew the parts didn't go together, and sent out a sealer piece for the plumber to attach them. It was one of the most frustrating experiences having to call the plumber out three times because of poor design and communication from ABI. It cost extra money, two weeks of delay and so much stress. I wish I had shopped somewhere else.

Love the look of the ABI products and ordering and delivery service has been fantastic. We're mid renovation so I've not tested performance yet, but hopefully they'll function as well as the purchase process worked.

I do not recommend this product as it dribbles water when the tap was shut off. ABI were great at resolving the issue, but the tap itself still dribbles water. I have another gooseneck tap (different brand) and have not had the same issue.

We spoke to one of your consultants but the order was wrongly placed, thankfully we checked and avoided purchasing a wrong item. There were missing items when arrived. We also not inform that some item parts of the mixer is made of plastic which is disappointing in terms of quality. The Namika the handle facing up when installed is not a good design in terms of functionality. After reading the 5 star reviews on the website I have to say I am disappointed wiht the overall service and quality of the product.

Nothing wrong with ABI. Thier sales and service is top notch. But 2 x Milani Basin Hob Mixer sets we bought to install in our new bathrooms were a disaster. What a hopeless poor design by Milani. No way to get hot water unless you turn it through full cold cycle first, and mixer knob is difficult to hold and turn for older people with impaired hand grip. And operating the knob with wet hands means water ends up all over the vanity. We've uninstalled one mixer and thrown it in the rubbish (after we couldn't sell it on Trade Me) and the other one will be thrown out as soon as we can afford to replace it.

My experience has been mostly very good. I am disappointed three transformers for the Milani heated towel rail have not worked. Now you don’t have replacements that work. Hopefully the electrician can sort it.

We purchased all our fixtures from ABI as their brass is the nicest colour and the best quality that I’d seen. The customer service with the showroom session, creating the invoice, purchasing and support was all excellent. The only issue to be noted is that the glass panel clips don’t match the rest of the brass as they’re made of a different material and need a lot of silicone because the slot is wide.

I was disappointed to find that my commercial gooseneck kitchen tap did not come with spray ability and I had to buy an additional attachment. It is clunky and noisy when retracting. I recently purchase ABI tapware for my bathrooms. So happy with the products, they are beautiful and the customer service was outstanding also. Very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Will be buying more soon!

Your copper toned bathware is ok but the copper tones differ between products, some dark, some lighter. Also some of the valves were too stiff, so had to replace with better (spindle) valves. Careful with your thread lengths as one was designed too short so it could never really be fitted properly. Glass guys didnt want to use your angle cleats and glass fixings as they said ABI has problematic hinges etc which you may want to have a look into.

Absolutely wonderful service, everyone went above and beyond. We haven't used our products yet but they look beautiful and I am sure will look even better once installed. We will be a repeat customer,. Your products and accessories are great.

The experience was seamless from start to finish. The ordering process was easy , the goods were dispatched quickly and the plumber was really happy with the quality and how easy the products were to install. A complete shamABI Interiors carefully curate their reviews. They do not display any reviews that give less than 5 stars. We have had nothing but problems with them. We bought a kitchen sink from them in January. It arrived in packaging so badly damaged that it wasn’t even worth unwrapping it. But we did, and needless to say, it was cracked all the way through. We sent them pictures of the packaging - it looked like the sink had been flung off a moving truck then driven over by another truck. It took two weeks to get a replacement. During that time the delay in fitting the sink caused an overall delay in completing the kitchen of 4 weeks. Four extra weeks living off a camping table and a camping stove and washing up in a plastic tub. Not a word of apology much less any compensation for our inconvenience. From there the sink leaked. So, time out from work to let their tradies come and fix it. Still the sink kept leaking. By this stage it was November. We were told we’d have to wait until late January for the parts - another two months without a fully functioning sink. Again no apology much less compensation for our inconvenience. Spoke to Jaidyn. Insisted we be allowed to post a 1 star review. He promised to send a link so we could do so. Never arrived. Spoke to Kat, the COO. She also promised to send a link so we could bring some honesty to their reviews. Also never arrived. This firm’s service is appalling and their products are defective. But worst of all, their glowing reviews are a scam. Don’t trust this company

I have fitted out my whole house in the Abi satin brass Kensington range and Matt black in my granny flat and I just love my rooms every time I walk into them. The service I received was the best I have ever received. The only thing is if you order your fittings too far ahead I could not get a refund on a hand towel holder that was not required. But other than that they were the best suppliers I have dealt with through my renovation process so far.

Order was received quickly and in beautiful packaging. The tap is really high quality and looks amazing. Only ring is that the swivel on the handle is quite wide so we had no room and had to position it diagonally.

Shipping was quick given the distance and remote are we live in. Packaged well and love the actual product finished extremely well. Would buy from here again when required
