Can ABI Interiors’ accessories be installed onto tiles or plasterboard walls?
Yes, ABI Interiors’ accessories are suitable for both tiled and plasterboard surfaces. However, we recommend using the supplied fixings with a masonry drill bit and appropriate wall plugs for tiled surfaces. Additional reinforcement may be required for plasterboard. If you are unsure, we advise consulting a qualified installer.
Do your accessories require professional installation?
While many ABI Interiors accessories can be installed by confident DIYers, professional installation is recommended for tiled or more challenging surfaces to ensure correct placement and secure fixing. Products like towel ladders and shelves may require level alignment and wall reinforcement. Please note that our Heated Towel Rails require a transformer and an electrician to install.
