Tactile Indicators are textured ground plates designed to assist the visually impaired in navigating public spaces. These tactile ground surface indicators (TGSI’s) primarily aid in navigating public spaces and alert individuals to potential hazards.
Our Tactile Indicators Range
Our tactile studs are constructed from 316 stainless steel with an ABI HeatShield PVD Electro Colouring System, providing a highly durable and corrosion-resistant finish.
To help ensure design continuity, these tactile floor indicators are available in four of our signature finishes: brushed brass, brushed gunmetal, brushed copper, and stainless steel.

Do your Tactile Indicators meet Australian/New Zealand Standards?
Yes. Our Tactile Indicators are designed to comply with tactile indicator standards, specifically AS/NZS 1428.4.1:2009, and have been tested in accordance with AS 4586:2013. They have a slip rating of R12 and a wet pendulum rating of P5.
How do I install the Tactile Indicators?
Please consult a qualified tradesperson for installation of this product. Instructions can be found under the Product Documents tab. A 6x6 square installation template is included with the purchase.
