I didn't realise the plastic inner was part of the fitting and have now thrown this out so we can't use them. Can these be replaced?

I'm not sure if the product is good but I definitelt have no confidence in how staff handled parcel. I'm not sure if the parcel will even arrive as the staff has address my employer (a university) as the recipient name (in stead of my name) on the parcel then used my home address as shipping address. The post might get confused and return the parcel to ABI and I might get penalty from the builder for postponing their schedule. And even if the parcel can find its way to my home, if I'm not home to sign and I have to pick up the parcel at the post, what kind of ID I can use to prove that I'm the recipient as it doesn't address my name!

very quick to take money but nearly 8 day later im still yet to receive my product :( too hard to deal with

Not quite the same colour as our brushed brass tape ware, but ended ip using them anyway

Have ordered at least 4 job lots with ABI - always reliable and quick. Chased up a lost order without any hassle and would recommend them to anyone.

Easy to order with prompt delivery
