Vehicle Loading Policy
Before selecting local pickup for your order, please ensure you have an appropriate vehicle to collect the goods you purchased. We also recommend having two people collect your order to ensure ease of handling. We care about our team and your safety, so we follow safe practices when you collect your order.
Due to the weight and size of some of our products, not every vehicle will be suitable to pick up your goods. Some of our products may not be heavy but come in oversized packaging. For this reason, please carefully consider the size of the opening to your vehicle. Should you have any concerns, please contact our team in advance, and we would be happy to assist in arranging delivery for your order.
