Are there any key considerations when installing this product?
Please ensure that there is enough space beneath your sink for the pull-out weight to hang, allowing the nozzle to retract properly and preventing any obstructions that may hinder the pull-out weight's functionality.
What is the hole size for the benchtop?
We recommend drilling a 35mm hole in the benchtop.
How does the filter tap turn on?
The filter mixer is located on the left hand side and can be turned on by rotating forward.
Is the Pull-Out Spray Attachment compatible with this product?
The Pull-Out Spray Attachment is not compatible with the Kingsley 3-Way Filter Pull-Out Tap.
How can I clearly identify which flexi-hose is which?
Each flexi-hose will be clearly labelled to help you install your Kingsley 3-Way Filter Pull-Out Tap with ease.
Is the filtered tap water chilled or ambient?
The Kingsley 3-Way Pull-Out Filter Tap dispenses ambient filtered water as standard. If you prefer chilled filtered water, a compatible under-bench chiller can be installed. Chiller units are sold separately and are not supplied by ABI Interiors. As compatibility varies between systems, we recommend consulting a licensed plumber to ensure the chiller is suitable for your installation.
