Perfect brass sink waster to compliment my brushed brash kitchen tap!

I have no issues with the quality of this waste. BUT, the description is not accurate. I bought two of these to match the brushed brass fittings in my kitchen and laundry. I opened them to find majority of it is polished brass. The rim and waste basket are both polished brass and the only brushed look is the inside of the waste. So all the main visible parts are shiny. I emailed customer service and they said that's just how they are, they are all like that. I suggested they need to update the description as it is misleading

I have 3 of these in different sinks in my new home and all 3 let the water out, I am constantly filling the sink. So ver annoying as they look great but function is terrible

Love all things Abi. Quality is second to none and price is value for money but I’d be lying if I say I was happy with the colour. I have the brushed brush sink mixer and its not similar in the slightest to the brushed brass sink waste. It actually looks like normal shiny brass which is not what I wanted and doesn’t look like it matches at all. Without this issue everything else was fine from ease of ordering right through to delivery and everything listed above. Thank you

Good quality item, however it is more gold than brass and does not match the other brass items.

It might sound weird, but they are so, so pretty. Reasonably priced & arrived with my Farmhouse Sink (I'm never going to get tired of saying that ..Haha) very quickly. One extremely happy customer here!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Love the sink waste but was disappointed it didn’t fit our Blanco sink. Because it has an overflow the plumber had to use a specific connection which unfortunately meant the waste unit could t be pushed into place to allow us to fill the sink with water or use it to catch waste. Can’t fault the quality and look of the product but worth being aware of this before you order to avoid disappointment.

This is a beautiful waste basket, the finish is excellent and it would have looked amazing in my black sink. I’d recommend it. Unfortunately it could not be used in my sink due to it not having an overflow extension. Make sure you speak to ABI or your plumber before purchasing to avoid any disappointment. It really is a great piece with maximum impact for a decent price.
