Dream Home Adopting Spanish Architecture
House Tour
Spanish architecture masterfully interweaved with Australian contemporary interior design informs the scheme of the magnificent Encanto — a beautifully sculptured Brisbane home from Sabdia Constructions.
Defined by a thoughtfully fluid layout, it is here that arches and curved walls provide an effortless flow to the organic architecture, with our brushed brass tapware perfectly complementing the scheme.
As you enter through the front door of Encanto, an inviting sitting area establishes the warm architectural ambience. Devoid of sharp edges, the curved corners of this space naturally envelop you. Further on, a welcoming guest bedroom reveals an ensuite entirely populated by mosaic square tiles, with our brushed brass tapware enhancing the space perfectly.
The heart of the home is the spacious combined kitchen, living, and dining — characterised by a sculptural ceiling that ingeniously steps down to enforce a more intimate feeling for each designated area. The centralised dining area is where the void opens up above to encourage more natural light to flow through and provide a grand statement.
The fluted travertine along the front island highlights the kitchen, with travertine continuing on the walls, benchtops, and rangehood, with our brushed brass Elysian Kitchen Mixer adding elegance to the scheme.
Upstairs, an autumnal master bedroom features a rendered wall and pendant lights that achieve a cosiness to the design despite the generous space allocated to the adjacent arched walk-in wardrobe.
The spacious ensuite features the relaxing indulgence of a centralised round bathtub and our Floor-Mounted Bath Filler in brushed brass, continuing the theme of organic lines with a curved wall framing feature. Small square mosaic tiles wrap the walls and arches, giving this bathroom hotel-like exuberance. Stylish curved vanities feature our elegant Milani Assembly Taps and Spout Set, while our Shower Round Head and tubular-shaped Sola Hand Shower in matching brushed brass populate the smartly tucked-away shower area.
In the hall, the curves of the walls naturally lead you into each room, including a final bedroom that mimics the curved walls of the entrance sitting area, softening any sharp corners and continuing the brushed brass tapware finishes in the ensuite.
The enticing outdoor entertaining area has an angular-shaped pool and a resourceful outdoor kitchen area with travertine-crazy paved flooring for flawless consistency with the rest of the house.
The inspired play with organic architecture intentionally eases you into Encanto, creating a unique Brisbane home that is effortlessly inviting.
