HOUSE TOUR | PROJECT KIORA
OUR FAVOURITE MODERN-COASTAL DUPLEX DESIGN
Neil Hipwell, Founding Director of Futureflip, takes us inside Project Kiora — part of their modern duplex design that explores refreshing, coastal interiors.
A neutral palette, biophilic design elements, and functional features are thoughtfully combined to promote a highly liveable and inviting home.
Join us as we take a closer look in the house tour below.

Upon entering the home, you’re greeted by the palatial pleasures of a high-ceiling living room with ample daylight pouring through wall-to-wall stacker doors.
Warm timbers, lively florals, and brushed brass tapware convene to cultivate an uplifting energy — one that makes starting each day seem effortless.

A butler’s pantry, integrated fridge, and the Elysian Commercial Pull-Out Kitchen Mixer unobtrusively enhance the kitchen. Each skillfully merges aesthetics and function to promote this as a place to entertain.
From family breakfast at the island bench to a meal shared with friends at the dining table, you feel inspired to take complete advantage of this space.

The concept of modern-coastal interior design extends to the bathrooms, where a crisp, white palette underpins each room to unify them.
Brushed brass and wooden features appear once again, with pastel pink stone incorporated occasionally to soften the scheme.

A striking addition is made with matte black to contrast the predominantly light design, still acting cohesively to maintain a monochromatic theme.
From the Round Shower Head to the Milani Hand Towel Holder, this finish adds a contemporary touch that will remain timeless for many years to come.
Each of these elements have been carefully curated to elevate this project, with brushed brass kitchen tapware, a modern coastal living room, and rejuvenating bathing areas serving as flawless foundations.
