Do you provide display products for our showroom?
All display products can be purchased using your unique Authorised Home Builder discount. Please liaise with your relevant contact for any enquiries regarding the catalogue, colour samples, or signage.
What is the criteria to join the Authorised Home Builder Program?
The Authorised Home Builder Program is specifically for new home builders looking to use ABI Interiors as a preferred supplier. It also benefits those fitting out a display home or selection studio with ABI Interiors’ products.
Do you have a catalogue available to show clients?
We have both a digital and hardcopy catalogue available for showing clients. We also have colour samples and small display options for your client meetings.
Do trade accounts receive free shipping?
Trades are entitled to free standard shipping if an order is over $1,000. By upgrading to express shipping, the cost is calculated on the overall weight of the order.
What is my discount tier?
Once you have submitted your application form, you will be contacted with the relevant discount information.
Do you offer 30-day accounts, or must everything be paid for in full immediately?
Orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch. However, to simplify your shopping experience, we have introduced ABIPay powered by TreviPay. ABIPay offers 30-day accounts once items are dispatched. For more information on this, please email [email protected].
How long does it take to set up a trade account?
The online form takes just a few minutes to complete. Our staff endeavour to have all accounts processed within 48 hours.
