How to lodge a return

All items must be returned via the original place of purchase. The following information only applies to all orders placed directly through the ABI online store or in our Burleigh Heads Showroom.

Step 1. Read and understand the Terms and Conditions.
Step 2. Enter your name, email and order number.
Step 3. Select the items that you wish to return from this order and include a reason. If you are returning multiple orders in the one parcel, you will need to create a return entry for each order #.
Step 4. Confirm your address and acknowledge ABI’s return policy.
Step 5. This is a summary of your details and the items that you wish to return.
a. Please note that any items over 113cm or 22kg cannot be returned via Australia Post and you will need to organise your own courier to return the items.
b. If the returned items meet Australia Post size guidelines you will be prompted to make payment and a return label will be emailed separately. Then please follow the Australia Post prompts.
Step 6. Once you have submitted your return, you will be emailed a Return Summary PDF. Please print and ensure this is included with all returned items.

You have 30 days from date of purchase to return any items. Items returned after the 30 day period may be eligible for a credit note only.

Ensure you lodge your return via our Returns Portal.

Delivery costs are non-refundable and return postage is at the expense of the customer.

All items must be in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging and uninstalled. We recommend all returned items are sent with postal tracking and insurance.

All returns will undergo a quality check upon return to ABI. ABI will email once your return has been processed. Please allow 14 days for this.

The value that is credited is the amount paid after any discounts. Discounts are applied equally over each individual item on the order. ABI does not accept returns on Baths, Vanities, Tiles or discontinued items.
