We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. Before you start the returns process, please review our terms and conditions.

Your return must arrive at our warehouse within 60 days of dispatch to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Items returned between 60-90 days after dispatch are eligible for a store credit only.

All products must be returned in unused and uninstalled condition. This includes no writing or damage to the packaging.

Please be aware that our showroom does not accept returns. If you are in the Gold Coast area, your return can be dropped directly at the ABI Interiors warehouse.

 Australia Post - Flat Rate Postage $14.90 (parcel cannot exceed 105cm or 22kg)
 I will arrange my own courier (Please use this option if your items exceed the Australia Post size limits or if you are located outside of Australia)

How to return your items:

Returns Summary

You will receive an email directly from ABI Interiors containing your returns summary. Please print this and include it inside the package upon return.

Package your return

Place your order in a bag or box, as any damage to the original packaging will result in a charge.
You will receive an email from Australia Post containing the return postage label. Please affix this label to the outside of the package.

Postal Drop Off

Drop your return parcel at any Australia Post office or post box so we can track it safely back to us.

  • BEFORE CONTINUING PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE SELECTED A QUANTITY FROM THE BOX ABOVE. Please read before making payment. $14.95 is for 1x Aus Post returns labels. Each return satchel or post box will require a label. If you are returning more than 1x satchel or post box worth of items please select the correct number of labels above. You will receive an email for each label. Please note: The maximum size per satchel or post box is 105cm or 22kg.
  • Please ensure you have chosen the correct quantity of labels to purchase from the box above.
