What’s the best way to clean the Elysian Gooseneck Shower?
Clean using a mild liquid detergent or soap and water
Can I use the Elysian Gooseneck as an outdoor shower?
While the product itself may remain structurally sound, it is not covered by ABI Interiors' warranty when installed outdoors. Exposure to UV light and other environmental conditions can accelerate wear and affect the appearance and performance of the finish over time.
Is the 3-Function Hand Shower compatible with our Shower Rail Sets?
The 3-Function Hand Shower is compatible with our shower rail sets and can be purchased separately. Please note, however, that modifying or installing components outside the original set may impact the WELS rating and WaterMark certification. If you're considering this, we recommend speaking with a licensed plumber.

After purchasing two of the Gooseneck shower rails I was very disappointed that they are not adjustable and there is no extension available for the main shower head. After contacting ABI after purchase they were unable to offer me any assistance or advice.
