What’s the best way to clean the Elysian Gooseneck Shower?
Clean using a mild liquid detergent or soap and water
Can I use the Elysian Gooseneck as an outdoor shower?
While the product itself may remain structurally sound, it is not covered by ABI Interiors' warranty when installed outdoors. Exposure to UV light and other environmental conditions can accelerate wear and affect the appearance and performance of the finish over time.
Is the 3-Function Hand Shower compatible with our Shower Rail Sets?
The 3-Function Hand Shower is compatible with our shower rail sets and can be purchased separately. Please note, however, that modifying or installing components outside the original set may impact the WELS rating and WaterMark certification. If you're considering this, we recommend speaking with a licensed plumber.
Does this need to be installed at a particular height?
Yes. This product must be installed at the correct height to work properly. Please refer to the product specifications and consult a licensed professional before installation. ABI Interiors accepts no responsibility for incorrect installation.
Can the water inlet be at the top or the bottom?
Yes, you can have the water inlet either at the top or the bottom.
