Can I disable the sensor function?
Yes, you can easily disable the sensor function and use this product manually as a regular kitchen mixer instead.
Can the sensor range be adjusted?
Yes, you can easily adjust the sensor function to suit your requirements. Please refer to the instructions enclosed with purchase.
Can the automatic shutoff period be adjusted?
No, the 30-second shut-off period is set during the manufacturing stage.
Are there any key considerations when installing this product?
Please ensure there is adequate space under your sink for the pull-out weight to hang and enable the nozzle to retract correctly. The solenoid and battery case must be secured to the wall under the sink, (using the brackets provided) so that it does not obstruct the pull-out weight from functioning.
What is the extension length of the Elysian Sensor Commercial Pull-Out Kitchen Mixer?
The pull-out has an extension length of 400mm. The length of the pull-out, which acts as an anchor, may vary depending on where the solenoid is mounted.
What is the AC Adapter reach?
The AC Adapter has a reach of up to 1500mm.
What batteries are used with the Elysian Sensor Commercial Pull-Out Kitchen Mixer?
4x AA batteries are required for this product, which will need to be purchased separately.
Can the mixer orientation be altered if the handle sits too close to the splashback?
Due to the location of the infrared sensor, there is only one orientation of the mixer. However, we have an alternative cartridge available to allow for ease of use. Please contact our team for further information.
How do you operate the Elysian Sensor Commercial Pull-Out Kitchen Mixer?
To turn water on, wave your hand within a 15cm distance of the sensor — located on the opposite side of the mixer handle. Wave again to turn the water off. As a safety measure, if the water hasn't been actioned off, it will automatically stop after 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can manually operate the Elysian Sensor Commercial Pull-Out Kitchen Mixer as a conventional mixer.
Can I adjust the temperature and flow of the Elysian Sensor Commercial Pull-Out Kitchen Mixer?
To enable any flow functionality, we recommend purchasing a Mini Cistern Stop.
The sensor line is connected to cold water. We recommend purchasing a mixing valve from your local plumbing supplier if you wish to adjust to your desired temperature. ABI does not sell this part.
