Porcelain tiles are a type of ceramic tile made from dense, refined clay. Porcelain is created using a specific manufacturing process involving firing clay at very high temperatures.

Porcelain tiles are relatively easy to maintain. They are resistant to stains, and regular cleaning with mild detergent and water is generally sufficient to maintain their condition. Please refer to our care guide for more comprehensive cleaning recommendations here.

Professional installation is recommended for pools to ensure proper waterproofing, adhesion, and a seamless finish. Tile should be laid out and dry fitted before application to assess layout and blending.

The Lucca Limestone Look Pool Coping Tiles are designed for pool coping applications only. A flat, even substrate is essential, as surface irregularities can lead to lipping, cracking or poor adhesion. These tiles are not recommended for use as flooring outside of pool coping applications.

Due to the tile size and manufacturing process, slight variations in thickness between adjacent tiles (known as lippage) are considered acceptable within the tolerances outlined by Australian Standards.
