What is porcelain?
Porcelain tiles are a type of ceramic tile made from dense, refined clay. Porcelain is created using a specific manufacturing process involving firing clay at very high temperatures.
How do I clean and maintain my porcelain tiles?
Porcelain tiles are relatively easy to maintain. They are resistant to stains, and regular cleaning with mild detergent and water is generally sufficient to maintain their condition. Please refer to our care guide for more comprehensive cleaning recommendations here.
What type of applications can a porcelain tile be used for?
Due to their strength and durability, porcelain tiles can be installed on flooring and walls. However, some commercial spaces or household areas require different surfaces to prevent slipping.
Can I use the Izmir Travertine Look Tiles outside?
The Izmir Travertine Look tiles are not typically used externally. For external applications, we recommend using tiles with a slip rating of R11 and above.
What are your colour sample pack promotions?

Are tiles included in the complimentary shipping offer for orders over $1000?

How do I prevent grout from filling the pits and holes of the Izmir Travertine tiles?
We include a plastic film on top of the tile that can be left on when installing to prevent grout from filling the holes. Simply remove the film after grouting. If you want the holes filled, we recommend removing the film before grouting.
Do these tiles require sealing?Â
No, these tiles do not require sealing.Â
Can I install these with under-floor heating?
Yes, porcelain tiles are suitable for application with under-floor heating and have excellent heat conductivity and durability.
